  2. This food and its character from basically Jaitapur region of Kokan, Maharashtra, no doubt food is yummy as well spicy in character. Try carb curry, tamboshi fry, kalav masala fry. It's amazing….the main ingredient is the water of Jaitapur and Devache Gothane

Amazing video with Maheshjis new venture as '#SukhaShukhi' , just to notice when you mentioned Gavar sabji is known as French beans, it actually a 'Cluster Beans' in English, it is one of my favourite 😊, and when Solkadhi is not pink but peach coloured; when Maheshji mentioned it is added with beet root, ideally when I make it at home it is deep pink due to added Kokum juice, a staple of Konkan 😊, loved the video though, Keep Eating 😜😊
