  1. I question any politician that says this country is where it is due to the people/politicians not paying attention. It is 100% intentional. The left has been pushing their agenda for decades now and the right just goes along with it. All they are good for is sound bites. They prefer the status quo – make a lot of noise, don't do anything, and amass great wealth. He sure skirted around some of those questions. On another note, it's interesting hearing about Flathead lake. It's been all over the news but it doesn't look that low to me…likely because I lived in Colorado for a decade and the lakes and reservoirs there fluctuate much more.

  3. Well, RZ has had his fair share of controversy in his years of post-military service, and I don't really care to wade into that, as it has largely been addressed. Show me an incorruptible politician and I'll show you the secrets to the universe. That being said, I hope he can do good work because we damn sure need it, and we do very much appreciate his many years of military service. I could see myself sharing an ice-cold Schlitz with him. Gotta get back to the bilge on the Hatteras. Thanks Andy and carry on, good one.

  4. This was the dude that wanted to spend $140K (*of taxpayer money) on doors for his office when he was Interior Secretary, right?

Regardless, great interview as always Andy. Good on you for bringing up Iraq in terms of trust (as I was yelling it into my headphones lol).

  5. Talking about division in the country and how things have changed, I encourage everyone to look at the electoral map for Reagan/Bush 1984 and remember how the country did come together so long ago.🇺🇸

  7. I think Senate and Congress should only have 2 terms just like the President. You get voted for twice Great now you're done. Can't be elected again. Thanks for your service to the Country but bye you're done here. Time for new elected Politicians to come in

  8. I don’t know why, but it’s so frustrating hearing politicians speak. I genuinely wanted to like this guy, but my gut says I’m listening to a salesman. It felt like everything was being turned and framed vs giving the brass tacks. Cut the bs. Listen to someone like Elon Musk give an interview vs a politician. I don’t think Elon gets everything right, but my BS detector isn’t flashing red when he answers questions. Do genuine politicians exist or is “genuine politician” an oxymoron? The jury is still out, but the evidence is mounting. Lol. I’ll go ahead and pick up my pedestal and get on with my life now.

  9. As a european it worries me how US politicians blab out half-truths they read somewhere. Or just make stuff up. We have this in europe as well, but not to the same extend. And I have to say the conservartives are borderline insane at times. So fact checK. no. It is not just 4 river-systems in China that contribute to 90% of the plastic pollution in the sea. There are several studies in scientific journals on that (I would like to put a link to a nature paper but my post gets deleted when I do so) . All Journals by the way this guy woulddn't cite on any other topic (like climate change, the efficiancy of masks …. The whole narrative that it is only 10 (and not 4) is debated anmongs scientist (). And even though China is a big contributor in absolute values, it is less obvious on a per capita basis. This is all just a couple of google-scholar-searches away. Why blab out this nonsense then?

That said: I think he is right about the dangers of a lack of supply chain diversification.
