In 2008, Bolt quite literally could have run a 9.4 or better, as he began to celebrate 20meters before the finish line, and still ran a 9.6. Had he run all the way through, I am very confident his World Record would be much lower than his current 9.5, he verywell could have run an astronomical time of 9.2, 9.3…… we shall never know.

He was born and raised in El Paso, TX, yet competed in the Olympics as a representative of Italy. He's no more Italian as Donovan Bailey was Canadian, since his birthplace was Jamaica.
