Pure propaganda. Why did you have a image of mixed race man in 18th and 19th century clothing with a white woman as if that was reality?
It's in my watch later, I'm looking forward to watching it
This girl is so Hollywood
Bridgerton is such a perverted piece of crap. They were no black people in upper class English society. And even then Then the only blacks found in England then would’ve been servants and then so statistically small to be negligible amount.
I thoroughly enjoyed this. I appreciated that the interview and visit was presented by a hostess that has her own personal experience with her own husband's family home. It helps her to bring out key components that make the subject matter more approachable. Excellent work.
Thank you,
Blacks are not Europeans
I was just talking about you earlier today and a new video appears! Warm wishes from Peoria, Illinois!
Nicholas Howard has now been charged with 2 counts of attempted rape on a 16 year old girl in the early 2000’s
Is she for real? Is this a Monty Python spoof?
If movies have taught me anything? … It's that one of those places has a giant grow-op on the property, probably more. 😉
The book of Reciepts recipe with the snails had something that was not Identified. The American Vicountess thought it said "something Hood" I stopped the video to look and it actually says hartshorn. This may be a preparation for the face as a rejuvination cream, concidering the harts horn it could be a derma abrasion or if the harts horn was very finely powdered to be left on as a mask. The snails of course are full of Hyaloronic Acid which is used as a skin tightener.
This is, by far, the very best "Production" of the castles profiled, that I've seen.
🔹"Let is be the inspiration of an expansion into a more 'In-depth Series on this Property, Architecture, Family, History'."
Castle Howard has a plethora of points that sets it apart/above, its peers. The family planned and stayed on task with its building, even if there was a decision (or personality) that strayed frim the blueprint. Theres a great deal of Craftsmanship, attention to detail, and in spite of the iron, an effort to "build an enduring structure".
They have such an organized, clean, clear, and fresh feel to the aging and evolving architecture and grounds/gardens, and out structures.
It is effective, effucient, and so very well "Managed". I can't sress enough, the Value of "Effective Clean" and "Well Kept" value to the property.
They are so often overwhelming with "stuff", that volume of "stuff" stored, (and so often haphazardly stuck under, down, and around, that they just take 9n a gluttony of unnecessary purchased and lazyly left, with dust and that leaves a statement of "not well kept, managed, nor desirable to visit). I call this the "Victorian Effect": layers of stuff that accumulates and years later reflects waste and a need to clear, inorder to get down to the Architecture. Its a tiring feel and undesirable need to clear, clean, and organize.
That said, this Property, and the "Film and Production", depict the "very Desirable".
This family has much, with which, to feel Achieved. They know the details, and Im sure that can still be quite overwhelming, at times, but they have a strong 1st Place in:
Architecture (Castle/Home, Buildings, and Grounds), Designs, Administration, Management, Planning , Maintence, and Effective Mature Minded efforts, that result in the care for this Historical Land and Architure, and taking into consideration there are vey likely a host of the stories behind the having the resources to embark upon the Grandiose Statement and Property.
This property offers far more indepth opportunities for a "Series of the History of Castle Howard, the eras, Family, Property, Community/Neighbors, Sociopolitical and Economic, and Experiences".
I've no doubt doing so, well researched and Produced, would result in an unimaginable huge success.
To ignore, would certainly be a missed opportunity for all matters of Successes.
(I suggest it he done with the mind of Historical Documentary, rather than the recent year common overly dramatic productions of the History Channel.
Class deserves Class and all that represents "a Timeless Production" of the History Subjects. Several from the past skip through my reflection of true Valued Documentaries from the earlier original A&E and BBC works.

Why do you put a white woman with a black man in your title? Why not a Japanese man and a black woman?
The family should create a non profit foundation for restoration donations. Rather than creating another for profit tax burden enterprise to let rooms, rooms should be used as gratitude for high value donations. Those staying would be personal guests of the family for their invaluable contribution. This way the family does not have the financial and time consuming burdens that come with letting the rooms and providing food services to paying guests. A house like Castle Howard has several independent business entities. Keeping track of what entity is pay for what is a nightmare. Adding to this burden a new accommodations entity would require another group of costly staff to manage and run the new accommodations business. Once the excitement, exclusivity, and high value donations begin to dwindle in a few years, the family will be in better financial and organizational position to easily transition to an accommodations business.
Funds raised via donations will go a long way to restoring future guest and other rooms, drawing in more paying guests for future the accommodations business. A scheme where the highest donor for a given period is the first guest of honor to stay in a newly restored guest room will provide bursts of donations to kick-start other much needed restoration and conservation works. Another scheme could be raffles: an online donation based raffle and a raffle for paying visitors (one entry per visitor plus the chance to purchase more entries with donations). The general public is more willing to make donations when there is a chance of a prize. Many would not think twice of handing over a fiver if they have a chance of being a personal guest of the Howard family. These great houses need to cash in on the current popularity of period dramas. As we well know interest disappears as quickly as it arrived. Allowing a film crew in not only provides income for the duration of filming, but the attention from an onscreen presence provides a boost in income. Capitalizing on this is key to earning the most for the house. One must not ask too much for filming to avoid losing that much needed exposure and additional income.
Virtual tours are an excellent source of revenue from a global audience. Paid tiers (standard self guided tour, celebrity narrated tours, live streams (restoration works, grounds, and nature cams) with a catalog of previously filmed content, behind the scenes clips, tiered access passes (single day, week, month, and annual subscriptions) and online merchandise shopping has the potential to be their highest earning enterprise.
The casting of Briggerton was 'alternative history'.
Brideshead certainly is revisited!
