  1. Addiction is not a disease, we need to stop saying this. It is a choice to pick up the drink, or swallow the pill. It is an insult to people with REAL diseases. Other than that; I’m glad he’s doing better, but for how long? Will he relapse again? Can’t trust an addict unfortunately.

  3. How in the world did his parents not know that he had a drinking problem? They must've smelled alcohol on his breath or found empty bottled in his room? Were his parents in denial or what? And how the hell can a teenager go to the liquor store and buy alcoholic beverages?!

  4. So typical Hollywood story. Extremely lucky to become famous in acting and throwing it away for drugs sounds like 75% of Hollywood only now trying to make a profit by selling a book about being a junkie.
