Actor Matthew Perry, best known for his role on “Friends,” has died from an apparent drowning on Saturday, TMZ first reported. He was 54 years old.
Authorities responded to reports of a cardiac arrest at a home on the 18000 block of Blue Sail Drive in the Pacific Palisades where Perry was found unresponsive in a hot tub, according to the Los Angeles Times. The circumstances surrounding the actor’s death remain unclear, although TMZ cited law enforcement sources that said no foul play was involved.

Ouch! This has been shocking! Esp, at his age 54yrs. Apparently drowned. Wonder if he had been drinking at the time of his drowning. But… really deeply sorry & sad that all the drugs that he was prescribed, they ended up ending his life. Used to watch that series as a younger adult. It was quite funny. Everyone that watched the show will be very aware now. really sad that he’s gone. But the only thing I can say is that he’s not suffering anymore. My deepest condolences to the family & “friends” cast members whom he worked with. L♥️VE each other esp, during this very difficult time. I am so addicted to watching Friends after all these years, I swear sometimes I just can't imagine if one of the main characters dies especially after James Michael Tyler who played Gunther died, this is horrible.
