What a perfect day and although it’s been cold much better with blue skies than the horrible wind and rain I think we have coming. Lovely gifts from your friends and I’m also loving The Traitors and only three more to go, I’ll be sorry when it finishes 😊
Thank you for sharing your lovely day (apart from poor Alfie being sick, hope he is ok). You are inspiring me to try and do more on my day off – I normally just mooch around at home! How kind of your friend to make the little pouch, its so nice to feel appreciated isn't it? Have a lovely weekend 😊
I don’t think it is normal for a cat to be vomiting so often, maybe a visit to the vet is necessary xx

My Winston (dearly departed) used to vomit regularly. I started giving him cat malt (it’s a tube of gooey stuff) that helps them pass furballs.
Lovely gentle vlog Sarah. Looks like you had a great day. Alfie is beautiful, and obviously loves you, knitting and being near you. I miss my wee snuggle bunny (cat 🤣). It was lovely to hear Alfie purring. 🤗
Glad you had a lovely day, thanks for sharing. Beautiful flowers & little bag. One of my cats kept throwing up and I realised it was when she had salmon, so over the years she became intolerant to it. My other cat would eat too quick & throw up, so I dished out a smaller quantity in a chunk (not cut up) which sorted it … then remembered she was hungry when she was meowing for more food lol! There are bowls you can get that are higher off the floor so they don't stretch down. Hope Alfie feels better soon. He's a gorgeous boy! 🐾😻🐾 Thanks for your content, always a mixed bag and glad you are getting some 'me' time on a Friday! 😍👍
Poor Alfie, my cat has only been sick 3 times in 3 years. Maybe it's the flowers? I know daffodils and all types of lillies can be harmful to cats. We give her Purina Sensitive dry biscuits and wet food because that's what the rescue centre we got her from gave her. Sometimes I give her other biscuits but I like to keep a bag of the sensitive tummy stuff on hand all the time.
Sorry Alfie is not well and hope he picks up soon, it's such a worry when our pets are ill. Loved hanging out with you today, takecare xx

Hi Sarah. Alfie has beautiful markings. He reminds me of a (partially finished and languishing) Kaffe Fassett tapestry I have featuring 2 Victorian cats. A friend had a cat which used to eat socks and other knitted items, resulting in "fur balls" in its stomach but maybe Alfie doesn't eat things like that.
I have a cat Sarah, Bella, she is sick on occasion normally due to a fur ball , but not that often maybe Alfie has a fur ball that is stuck which makes him sick often I would ask vet for advice , poor Alfie and poor Sarah having to clean it up… Breakfast with Mum & Dad looked yummy, gorgeous gift from your friend the colours are Beautiful.. enjoy the rest of your weekend x x x x
If my cat eats her food and drinks water to fast she will throw up also, so I have to be sure I only leave her smalls amounts so she doesn't over indulge hope Alfie does better soon. Love the sweater colors so much, great day spent with you hugs
Poor Alphie. He is so handsome. Sounds like a trip to the vet is in order. I am glad you had a lovely full day of parents and friends. Being taught a hand craft by someone is something you never forget and always appreciate really. Have a good week, Sarah. And get well Alphie!
