FNF, but it’s actually Padoru Padoru. In the game Fate/Extra, the character Nero Claudius sings a Japanese parody of the Christmas carol “Jingle Bells” during a short sequence in the game, ending with Claudius loudly yelling the lyrics “padoru padoru!”. Boyfriend & Girlfriend aren’t the only one with this animated style, there are a bunch of Padoru Padoru characters in the background such as KOU, QT, Sarv, Ruv, Sunday, Nikku, Pico, Tankman, Sunky and more of them in the background of freeplay like Bob, Matt, Bambi and etc.
