Everyone sees this as BF singing against himself, but I think that’s doesn’t fit the dark narrative that Pibby brings.
I think this is would be more of a moment of where BF’s cockyness had gotten the better of him, and because it he had gotten partially consumed, like still being alive after being bitten by a Zombie. In that moment as he’s running, he feels it crawling up his body and into his brain and in that moment his body starts to sing against him, and it’s not a secondary boyfriend signing against him… but lapses of his own mind breaking into a completely corrupted state and himself as he tries to fight it off. To make the fight harder, it’s one bar in the middle and each one of their notes is corrupted, so you aren’t meant to sing when they sing. So it’s this horrific duet coming out of one mouth.

In all honesty, of this actually occurred, the Bf that the two spirits/personalities or whatever are trying to take hold of may likely have a mental breakdown and perish due to both entities battling it out in the mind. It is likely that neither one will get what they want, and the Bf body will simply become unable to do anything and will perhaps even become mentally dead with his mind shattered by feud, if not literally perish from all of this. It is either that or, through the power of plot armor, the body involved will split in half, to accommodate for both entities, and both halves will be sent flying, Glitch Bf being sent back into the Glitched Ooze of the Pibbyverse while regular Bf gets sent to the other side of the stage and be knocked unconscious, if not get literally sent hurdling into a completely different plane of existence. However, that's just a twisted headcanon/opinion of mine.
