in zombie army 4 you can play as both l4d 1 and 2 characters but it's just the character models there voice lines arin't programed in also in dying light you can use l4d 1 waepons and play as bill but since it's first person game it's kinda usless and bill is a playable character is dead by daylight but i think only on pc
