My luck with trying to get these is unreal, itâs taken nearly two days and I still havenât found it- I feel like my luck is just terrible- and of course I ask if anyone has it in game and itâs just radio silence or I just get told to âshut upâ or âfuck offâ as an answer, if asking for help donât work here, then Iâm not getting them because this is ridiculous and itâll mean Iâve spent so many hours only to turn up empty handed-

From what i experienced, there is multiple Sally's. They can be ground loot or crate loot.
But you can also have a friend who already unlocked them to give it to you for to use, it still counts if you get a kill with your friend's unlocked Sally.

Loaded resurgence is the way to do it they are everywhere on the roofs of prison and inside cc

You can kill a player with your main, and then finish them off with sally
Got it 2 times yesterday, played all day after work and haven't even found them it's been like 4 hours
