9:19 again when you get just over 200pts you're priced at 8.5m and there's no way he's more expensive than Odergaard because Saka scored less points… Rashford is probably 0.5 more expensive because they thought there's a chance he could be the striker next season…
You get priced more highly the more points you get, and each point bracket has a price bracket!
