The first breath:
Take a deep breath in and let it out. Breathing in, let your belly expand. Breathing out, let your belly contract towards the Spine.
The second breath:
Now bring your attention to the crown on top of your head. Sense a lotus flower a few inches above your head.
Pure light enters from the crown, the top of your head.
Gently, softly, Light flows in through the centre of your body and out from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet into the Earth.
The central channel is filled with light- cleansing, healing, clearing, transmuting all that no longer serves you and returning it to source.
Feeling grounded in the earth, expanded in the skies, centered in light, you are One with the Self: nameless, formless, whole.
The third breath:
Now bring your attention to the center of your chest, the heart chakra.
As you breathe in, light enters from your crown and the soles of your feet.
As you breathe out, it flows from the crown and the soles of your feet.
You are breathing from the heart. The anahata.
The fourth breath
Now from your heart, light streams out, and around you. Your heart is like a prism, and the light shows its colors. Sense the colors as they flow all around your body, extending out from your physical body.
Light is revealing your aura. Become aware of the layers of your aura. From the center of your being, become aware.
A gentle smile radiates from your heart. Serene.
Flow.
Stay here for a while and when you are ready, bring your attention back to the breath of air. Gently. In from the nostrils and out from the nostrils.
Begin to move your toes and fingers.
Say to yourself
I Am
I Am….
I Am
I Am
IAm
When you’re ready, open your eyes, look around, radiating the smile from your eyes to all around you.
