Forza Horizon 5 – A Very Wide Lexus

We are racing on Forza Horizon 5 with some rather fast cars, and while my Lexus RC-F Track edition is pretty good i spend much of my time trying to defend from even faster cars

  1. I absolutely ruined my 911 Speedster, I should've picked something better but keeping it as RWD almost made the darn thing uncontrollable, haha. Great racing nonetheless! Thanks for the opportunity. – PureBusiness595

  2. I always try to build my cars exactly the way you do in terms of grip and handling. I much prefer a slightly understeery car that sticks over a oversteering unpredictable car. Usually slower in the straights but better in the corners. great video as usual! one of the only FH5 players I watch!

  3. The Saleen has to be one of the most underrated cars ever. A diamond of its day. Alex, you're a great driver and gentleman racer, but your propensity toward understeer is maddening!! 🤯

  4. You know there's no need to go above the rev red zone, as the power of a car is maximum just before the red zone. To go faster one should shift right at the beginning of the red zone, not at the rev limiter.
I made the test on a few cars IRL, but also in video games : you are faster when you shift at the very beginning of the red zone rather than later

  5. I would say that performing better with an understeery car is much more common than performing well with an oversteery car (not to say you don't perform well with an oversteer centric car given the Gordini's beformance).
