Iām happy that Tim is keeping it real with the movementā the upper torso movement while moving is basically non-existent and it looks clunky as fuck, and itās definitely slower than regular walk speed. I personally donāt get the sprint argument because it doesnāt feel much different, and the new shield system is coolā but crouching has also been made so slow that itās essentially useless, I feel like itās even slower than reload walking. Looks like the majority of people agree that itās way clunkier, not just because itās a new system like a lot of streamers are saying.
Fortnite hasnāt been exciting since 2016
its ass guns are ass map is ass movement is ass what is the point of building if you can climb every build all they need to do is change the map we loved og guns and everything that was in og fortnite previous season they ruined it
I'm so damn disappointed in what Epic has done. I was so hopeful on the possibility of a game mode for the OG map or something along those lines.
Instead they legitimately turned this into a warzone styled gameplay? The map reminds way too much of warzone. Guns have attachments? Movement is HORRIBLE. On top of all you're telling me I can be shield invincible by having four to five tokens? All basic mechanics of Fortnite no longer exist anymore apparently.
Im genuinely so upset and disappointed. It's literally Christmas time we should be having Christmas trees around the map great memes but Epic wants to distance themselves from being Fortnite and follow trends.
Extremely disappointing.

For everybody saying the game feels slower: Epic changed the basic walking/running movement animations to make them more smooth and realistic. This makes the basic walking and running speed feel slower since your character LOOKS like itās taking less steps and moving less. In reality, theyāre just matching up movement animations with realistic movement speeds. I honestly wish they would revert them but thatās my opinion.

This might legitimately be the worst UI update ever. So many of my locker loadouts were rearranged, and now that categories are separated, some are erased and rearranged. An emote set I had with my main skin is gone & a lot of other sets too. PLEASE revert this.
The new movement seems so robotic too, and slow. The 3rd person POV also seems way too weird now. Lower, and too zoomed in. There's a lot wrong with the locker and movement changes.
I started playing 2 weeks before OG ended and Iāve been playing a ton during launch. This is probably the most fun Iāve had in a fps/tps
