Took delivery of my 2023 XL Hybrid last week after ordering July 7, 2022.
Just ordered today a 2024 XLT Hybrid with the Lux package.
My dealer said they don't care if I don't take it bc they just sold one the other day with a $10k mark up
I was planning on going in today to place my 2024 Maverick order, but amazingly I got my 2023 build date email on Friday, so I didn't have to. Talk about getting it at the very last minute! My build date will be the week of 9/11.
My dealership was having issues with the ford system today. My sales manager (I work there) just took a list of what I wanted and said he will punch it in asap. I’m hoping he will get me in the door.
What is the recall you speak of around 5 minutes I got my hybird about a month ago just wanting to know.

My dealer is so screwing me. The chaos at the July 17 4 o'clock meeting was chaos. After two hours Because the sales manager was so over whelmed they said we will e-mail your contract. I was considering a lighting but Ford is not running my parade any more!

Ford Canada is ignorant. I contacted them to see if they were producing more mavericks. They told me to talk to a dealership. I told them they should know as they were making them.

Now Ford seems to be having computer problems, just when they open up for 2024 orders. This is very frustrating! I still think the XL is the best truck for the price. Not everyone needs all the options! I still don't know if I will get my 23 order.

Worked as a toolmaker/ machinist for 40 years.
Was going to order a loaded Lariat Hybrid but they are now over $40k out the door!!#$@
Went to Honda and bought a fully loaded Ridgeline which is far more vehicle for $45K out the door and picked it off the lot. Less Mpg but full time 4WD and far better ride and luxury. BtW engineered in US and 65% US content and built in USA not Mexico.
