Very poor information, as he keeps stating how they can make more fuel and Oxygen while in orbit, the problem is you only X amount of Oxygen which people the convert to CO2 and water, now you convert it back to O2(oxygen) and fuel… rinse and repeat sooner or later due to small leaks in the vehicle(yes space stations leak gases, you end up needing to replace it.
