  8. Why after the car crash after getting the guards does he not also buy marrow cleansing pills for his sister and girlfriend at least right away? It is stupid not to. Even if he doesn't plan on helping them be martial artist/cultivator kwhich would be smart for their own safety) he should at least give them the pills to increase their health and resilience again for their own safety (at least against normal people and things). How can the MC not think about that when thinking about keeping them safe. I mean a protection amulet and a shadow guard (as powerful as they may be) alone is not as safe as them also having at least a healthy strong (stronger then normal non-martial artist males even) body or even being a martial artist/cultivator themselves. They get his support and grow strong while keeping a low profile and doing normal things like normal then they shouldn't cause more trouble themselves and any coming from his side will think them weak but with a protector. Then even if they send someone after them to get to him they will only plan to deal with 1 or 2 protector(s) and a weak girl or two. Then get an unexpected surprise when they turn out to be stronger then normal and easily escaping or over powering the ones sent after them. Thus saving their lives and/or keeping their freedom.

  10. I will have to say even with all the problems I have with the story (some of which may not be the suthors fault but the channels instead like possibly cutting parts out for time) I do appreciate the author pointing out the fact that most men first receive flowers at their funerals.

  12. That annoying friend at the end who keeps “joking” about becoming his second girlfriend is so shady I don’t like her. It’s not funny and she keeps doing it. I wish he would have harshly and firmly shut her down himself. And not be awkward and uncomfortable and look to his girl to handle it. So annoying when men let girls touch them and do as they like. I could never date such a person. If you don’t have boundaries with people are you worthy of anyone
