  1. I like the scuff marks. Well, for now. It looks like it’s busy and kind of makes its own art like that horrendous statue. It will make a unique look over time like a good hide leather. And eventually you will have a black floor that has white scuffs left. It serves as a dual purpose. Who would drop the ball on that white marble not thinking about the wheels on the luggage carts. Really?

  2. Shawn, that property is obsoletely stunning! I think it is very un-Vegas-like, but that is also most refreshing! It blows away the design and decor of Resorts World. Great video. I'm coming to in February to see U2, I can't wait to check this out.

  3. That’s a casino without a soul . Also gives me anxiety because it looks like an airport , or a mall. Not at all as a casino . Las Vegas lost her identity and it’s magic 🪄on another note I can’t understand YouTubers advertising for free this type of places 😂 -‘and I am so tired of people saying beautiful nice perfect pretty great when is the contrary of what you all saying that place is just like any other place 🤓

  4. Awesome video with a relaxed environment after the big rush. This place is beautiful. Gotta come back to see it. Was in Vegas in September. You can tell they spent lots of money and thought into the aesthetic of this place while working with the bones of a 1t year old property. You can tell the difference between this place and resort world that went up pretty quick. Both very modern but resort world is more developed and high tech. Where as FON-TAINE bleau would've had to redevelop much of the frame to envelop the modern tech. Looks like a 2000s property that has had a maaaaasi e renovation.

  5. Thank you! The only thing, to me, that makes it less of a luxury destination than the Wynn/Encore is that it lacks that exclusive, personal, boutiquey feel and that’s what the larger/more resorts miss. Just a picky point. It is fabulous and artsy.

  6. Super beautiful and amazing. Been working in casinos for 25 years .. our guest used to be classy .. and fabulous spender.. but lately most of our guests are forgive my words (ghetto and nasty specially if they are from California ✌️✌️✌️) you will
See the difference this will be good in a year or 2 casinos keep on upgrading their properties coz most of our visitors are ignorant and doesn’t care they will
Break everything and ask for discounts.. watch out those homelessness and
    Thieves to.
Vegas used to be classy coz of mobs .. but ghetto are doubling not good in Vegas. They are making us cheap 😭😭😭

  7. Great presentation! I walked through the property yesterday and it was stunning! It might be a place to stay for the rooms, pools, and dining but not to gamble. The limits and rules at the tables were poor in my opinion. But I'm not opposed to staying at this hotel and driving elsewhere to gamble.

  8. I'm considering buying a vacation condo in 2024, & one of the places on my list to consider is Sky Las Vegas, across the street from the FB. Is there an easy way to walk across the strip to get to the FB side? I can't tell if there's a streetlight, pedestrian crosswalk, etc.? Or would I need to walk north to Sahara, cross at the light, & then backtrack south?

  9. Great coverage! I am in a room here now checking out tomorrow but have much to say. I will make it brief…..
    Best thing….
    1. The room! I had the cheapest just one king bed. It is beautiful! Everything from the most luxurious towels, to the plushes robe I have ever felt–even slippers. Cool art work, amazing bathroom, great bed and lovely furniture. Really great! Also bowties everywhere!
    BAD Thing….
    2. You talked about this a little but it is a huge problem. The beautiful white floor is a disaster and I guarantee the powers that be are pulling their hair out trying to figure out what to do. Every where I walked the last three days there were employees with poles and tennis balls on the end trying to get the scuffs off. They worked hard but it was futile. That was disruptive as much as the scuffs. I am sure they will switch out the floor. Also the carpet is shedding. Employees are dealing with that too. Hopefully just because it is so new. I feel badly about it and sorry they have to deal with it.
    3. I have stayed in new Vegas hotels enough to know the first few weeks is a logistical nightmare, so I was expecting that and it didn't disappoint, Haha! Even though I knew it would be like that, I did not think to that extent. I literally could not get food the first day…an hour and a half to get eggs and toast they told me, huge slow lines in food hall, and being turned away at restaurants because I was alone and they did not serve food at the bar yet, I could not get a table. I ended up walking to Resorts World for a late dinner because I was starving. I am sure they will get the food part together soon.
    4. Casino – Here is a GOOD thing! The tables and many slot machines have chargers where you can plug in your phone! The bad thing was I played 3 card poker for I 1/2 hour and was never offered a drink. Also never at the slots.
    5. I sneaked into the pool area and got some good footage. It is going to be beautiful!
    6. NO sundry shop yet. On my way to the room after a late night I wanted to get water and Advil and a toothbrush. How can you open a hotel without your 24-7 sundry shop??
    I lied…I guess this wasn't brief, LOL. Almost finished…..
The Fountainebleau is a GORGEOUS place. Really a marvel to look at. Something to see. I am sure it will get better once they get out the kinks. However, right now it seems a little cold to me. Some of the employees were very nice and some were not. Let's give them slack as it is a very difficult thing to open a hotel. A lot of them are just learning. I will stop here even though I have much more to say, LOL. Let me know if you want any pictures or footage. BTW, my hand touched Tom Brady's. Never washing it! I have used up my allotment for the whole year. I promise I will stay quiet now….HG

  10. I went to fountainblu and it’s definitely nice. Unfortunately, I feel like it may be like resorts world. Very nice but too far from center strip. I stayed at mirage and it’s like a 2.5 mile walk each way. I don’t mind walking but only if there are other nice casinos in the area. That’s why center strip will always be the best. I’ll definitely go again only because they have face down pai gow at $25 min which is unheard of. 10/10 casino but 3/10 location
