One way to make the vocals better is to grab the notes of the midi/flp and drag it up or down to a better pitch

Some constructive criticism
Don’t make the characters pitch too high/low, ruins the feel a bit
Don’t make it sound too original or too unoriginal, don’t just sample the straight thing, add a bit of funk to it
Listen to the original songs
Make sure it sounds like in the original mod.
