This is a fanmade mod of vs vicky from fairly ood parents
The whole idea around the concept of Vicky in the context of Pibby is that sheโ€™s given the chance to have some sort of consciousness, in return for doing the glitchโ€™s bidding, that being spreading the glitch. Figured since the world (or rather worlds) are ending, she can have a bit of fun with it.

  27. Honestly its horrible to think that glitch has access to fairy magic but in the end I don't think it can use it. The Glitch can't exactly talk, it can only talk though the people its possessed, but even then it still can't use it because it doesn't let those characters talk anyway unless your conscious like Vicky is.
