"Even if Afton's soul is outside of UCN I don't know if it has means to get to the burntrap body or not, it seemed like Glitchtrap was piloting it"…..Yes, because Glitchtrap is Afton's soul, not a digital recreation…the same goes for Cassidy, William possessing VR is what got him out of UCN to begin with, Cassidy was still attached to him, she just wasn't keeping him in a nightmare because he wasn't confined to a immobile physical form that she could use to control him. Andrew goes around doing a ton of stuff with Jake with both of them completely oblivious to Afton still attached to him, meaning Cassidy being connected to him alone can't imprison him in a nightmare when he's not confined to anything isolated, Once Afton got into the HW system he was freed from UCN even if Cassidy was still attached to him, that's the whole reason she has to stop him in Princess quest to begin with, however it's possible that only purdged him from Vanny's mind and the multiple systems he was in, not necessarily an animatronic body he possessed, so if he was able to transfer himself into Burntrap before Cassidy purged him from the digital system, if the Save Vanny ending is Canon then yes, Ozone is right that Afton could very well still be alive in Burntrap, and if we assume cassidy didn't unattached herself when she defeated him in PQ, considering he's likely not in the weakened state he was in TMIR1280 and has a mobile body she can't just trap him in UCN again, so he would still be threat, but again that depends on which ending is canon, which I'm sure we'll learn in the future.

  8. Afton has 2 bodies in security breach one glitchtrap and the other burntrap 1 dying in each of the good ending and the other stays so one will exist in each of the good ending and both exist in the bad ending

  11. I have my on speculation on what this might mean as far as Cassidy goes. If the princess is Cassidy, then the lines like "I feel strange" after picking up power ups/hearts would mean that Cassidy is becoming corrupted, wouldn't it? And then that very feminine scream at the end… I don't think that is Glitchtrap. I think it might be Vanessa. Aka corrupted Cassidy kills Vanessa and takes over her body. As far as the ending itself goes? Gregory did free her? So there is that. There is also the afton family connection here in this ending. Vanessa could still have been an afton, or for all we know Cassidy herself was related to the Aftons. Other than her being vengeful, it isn't made clear why she is "this one you should not have killed," is it?
    It raises some more questions for me with Cassidy as the princess. 🤔
