  2. Best warhammer novel evarr. "They were hideously deformed. None of them had the slightest trace of a gut." ….waitaminute. Mordissio's plan must have been for Florin to woo Katerina, then he could just kill Florin off when he got back to town. Florin really lucked out by losing that contest. The sabretooth oughta have Sergio's back 😀

  3. Despite all of the, y'know, bloodshed and cannibalism, this story concluded relatively happily for all main characters involved. Maybe not so surprisingly, as Florin and Lorenzo's travails and tribulations still don't seem quite as grimdark as those of the super-powered legends of Gotrek and Felix.
Once it was evident Jarmusch was recruiting those Gorgers, I knew this confrontation's outcome would be decisively against the favour of the self-proclaimed overtyrant. I'm glad that Crom survived to pursue his assured vengeance and that Mordecio's scheming was ultimately foiled, spoiled and out-tricked – still a surprise to be revealed to him by Narration's end, heh heh.
Thank you so much, as I always try to do, for yet another enjoyable, entertaining and illuminating audio story in Warhammer Fantasy's grimdark realm, GDN. This was a lot of fun as a Warhammer book, as the next entry in Florin and Lorenzo's trilogy and especially as enthusiastic insight into the culture of the ogres. I'll be pleased (as usual) to re-listen to this in its whole entirety as all of your novel recordings have been worthy of replay. Last but not least, gratitude and salutations to author Robert Earl for handling this world so capably. Until your next, continuing to do what you do, Narrator, be well and have a healthy and awesome week's end.
