Fourteen-year-old Jesse Stone had admitted to sexually assaulting a 91-year-old woman who lived in his neighborhood and considered him a friend. The woman called 911 last June from her home in Reddick, Florida and said a man beat her and sexually assaulted her in her bed. Marion County Sheriff’s detectives encountered Jesse Stone and questioned him. If it's any consolation, he's in FL, the laws will give him no quarter; and with those charges the convicts will give him less.
Parenthood is terrifying because what if the kid you pop out turns out like this?
I have to give these officers, detectives and victim so much credit. This is unfathomable and disgusting. This shows the kind of tendencies of someone who has the potential to be one the sickest people on the planet. I truly hope this is settled in a way that this kid never has the chance for rehabilitation because in cases like this it’s more than likely never going to work. The sickening potential of what he did shows he is capable of worse if there is such a thing. This 91 year old woman deserves to live in her house and that she lived to deserve in complete peace and this kind of violation almost shows someone more disgusting than if he would have just kïlled her this is torture which in my mind is worse than senseless kïlling. This woman may have just saved the lives of so many future people my heart breaks and hurts for her and for her family knowing they wanted her out of that area and she should have been allowed the pure decency to live in peace without a violation of this diabolical level. Not only this but kids at this age 13/14 is a pivotal age psychologically to find out what kind of person he would turn into. Kids have wayyyy too much access to things they just shouldn’t

A genuinely serious question! In Germany, juvenile offenders are extremely protected—journalists aren’t even allowed in the courtroom, no photos are taken, and names are never disclosed. Is it so different in the U.S. that even recordings of confessions can be shown publicly?
