Florida residents commute to homes by canoe through flooded neighborhoods



Water levels continue to rise in Sanford, Florida. One neighborhood is buried in almost three feet of water, as people are commuting to and from their homes by canoe, trying to make the best of the situation.

  1. Maybe leaving the flood zones and going to help their children – getting families back together helping one another instead of waiting for the government goons to help when they caused it to begin with -hoping some people wake up from the trauma.

  3. This bs that Babcock Ranch didn't sustain any damage is bull shit it survived only because the hurricane didn't come inland hugging the coast till it went ashore.. And hurricane Irma did them a number good press but not entirely true..

  4. Like living in Venice! 😁 People seem to forget Florida is a swampy tropical state. Just because developers concrete over most of it, doesn't change the natural inclination to be watery and swamp/flood. 😂
