  1. The USPS, as a whole, is the problem. Tracking is a complete joke. Expected deliveries are suspect. Within the post office, decisions are normally made by a single person who relays THEIR orders down the line. Logistical decisions are made by people that’s never set foot on a mailroom floor. Working hours, conditions and pettiness make postal workers hate their jobs. Not all but enough to affect the mail. Postal management is the problem. They have no skills other than relaying them orders from the top and they employ discipline as the norm with zero support for an employee in need. Postal employees are retiring from a 40 year postal career and earning a meager $1500 monthly retirement check. There’s the TSP that was created in the 80s to help build that check. It has failed to guarantee a comfortable retirement though. Nobody within the postal ‘franchise’ even helps a young employee understand how to set a goal towards that day. The leadership is what has crushed the USPS.
