  1. I really like that you are restoring the Jaaaaaagggg.
But it really rubs me that with this kind of money thrown around, that you didn't remove the engine from the car, disassemble it, de-rust it at least – and THEN put it back in the chassie.

This rusty engine with the brand-new components looks like an old donkey with a new pair of shoes …

  2. show more of the car……..and stop all these fancy jump cut edits when showing the mechanicals of the car – this is not an advert, we are here to see the car being actually worked upon and not some snazzy video editing skills

  3. Hey Mike, can I get some of those free ignition coils for my 2011 XJL? These things cost $180 EACH. It's no wonder Jags have a reputation for being fragile; owners don't want to pay $4,000 for a standard top end tune-up. And $6,200 to replace the timing chain guides that fail and destroy the engine after 40k miles.

  4. Don't forget to get them to do a full engine rebuild and then thrash it on a track with zero running in. Also, get them to do a full respray in 24 hours and then pretend it's perfect.

  5. The XKR is a Beautiful Car much love to the channel and I’m glad that this jag is getting another chance to drive . A Manual conversion was always something that fascinated me as a kid when these were first released to the public. Now that I’m grown I can’t wait to have one so I can do the same 😅
