  1. Excellent fabrication work on the track tensioner cylinder rams!

However, it seems to me that the rams could rust (which could ruin the cylinder seals) since the rams are not chrome plated, & to prevent this rust, you might want to consider having the rams plated.

  2. The tracks are backwards, they will wear out 3 times faster than normal.
The curve on the pad should point forward.(blade side)
The blade on the machine dictates the load direction on the track chain and pads.
Nice work and you was very lucky with the pins,it's often more difficult than that.

  4. Hey my friend Mini Excavator 🤔🤐🤨👍👍

But the place of the teeth holes, i.e. the base has a large hole. You should reduce these holes by welding, or make a hole in a place near them instead of the old hole. I mean the holes in which you put the teeth, i.e. the screws, so that the teeth are fixed.

  5. On record, I want to state that I am a "NO" on removing a second track. Cap this post. hehe
Don't get a big head, but you are Number 2 on my YouTube MVP List. I also just called you a No. 2, so … kek
I saw a dude fill in a rod scratches with JB Weld and sanded it down. So far so good on it.
Just say ALUMINUM again. I dare you!
Are those teeth carbide … or should they be? idk
Socket for teeth was Farmcraft101, dude.
New teeth a problem for the future. No worries. kek. Free wins the moment.
Luv seeing the local town. Squeeze the dice. Boop Boop! I worked for "Cinema's for many years in High School. So great. Roofs are very steep compared to where I live.
You seem embarrassed pushing off your leftovers to viewers, but just do it. It's all good. Was thinking about buying myself and I'm a cheapskate.
I so enjoy your vids. God bless you and your family. Dankie
You're so manly … like a warrior. kek

We have something in common, Andris … also St. Andrew? Also Camarata? kmao

I see Latvia is just south of you.

"The name Andris is derived from the name Andrew, which has Greek origins and means manly or warrior. In Latvian and other Baltic cultures, Andris has taken on its distinctive form while retaining the connotations of strength and masculinity associated with its root. The name reflects cultural values of bravery and resilience, often celebrated in both historical and contemporary contexts.

Historically, the name Andris has been prevalent in the Baltic region, particularly in Latvia, where it has been used for centuries. Variations of the name can be traced back to the spread of Christianity, when names like Andrew became widely adopted among followers. In medieval times, Andris may have signified a connection to noble qualities and virtues, often associated with knights and defenders of the realm. The name is also part of a broader tradition in Latvian naming practices, which emphasize connection to heritage and the significance of personal names.

In contemporary times, Andris remains a popular name in Latvia and among Latvian communities worldwide. It is often chosen for its traditional roots and its strong, masculine implications. The name appears frequently in various fields such as politics, arts, and sports, where individuals named Andris have made significant contributions. Its enduring popularity signifies not only a connection to cultural identity but also a recognition of personal strength and character in modern society."

  6. In reality, those tracks are pooched. Either you should replace all the pins, because they are worn out, and bigger spacing between the links wrecks sprockets, or replace tracks completely with rubber ones, along with drive sprockets, but it would be hefty expensive (1500 euros, I have checked)

  7. Hi Andris,

Good job on solving the track adjuster issue. Glad you took the time to replace the second adjuster rod. I think this time the adjusters will actually work and your track-slipping days are hopefully over….

I think @robertpeters9438's idea of making a removable solid piece that protects all the grease fittings might be a good idea. If the angle iron solution doesn't last, maybe try that….

    Cheers from Oregon, USA,
    Philip

  8. had no idea that Linde also exists in Estonia, I am getting my welding gas also from them, but in Switzerland :). How much do you pay for that bottle? Here it is 100€ for a 3000L Corgon bottle (without the bottle rent)

  11. I was wondering when the Soviet Chairs would be used. They are so useful. We don't get Soviet chairs in Australia……….only Ikea. They are not nearly as strong. When I'm changing the tracks on my 8 tonne excavators I will try your chair trick.
