I just realized… where is Bonnie in Security Breach? Why is he hiding?

  1. Tbh I love the little bits about random customers and employees at the plex. They really add character and worldbuilding even if it is in a small way. Also they’re very relatable, as someone who has worked in retail.

  2. My theory is (read below, it's pretty long):

Gregory is a new animatronic. He hasn't been introduced to the staff or anything yet because the actual animatronic manufactures wanted it to be some surprise, this seems to take place during the summer, I'd assume. So, with business being more popular, a new animatronic would be great. One to sing backup vocals, or something of the sort for the band performances. Freddy doesn't really seem to be friendly with anyone who ISN'T an animatronic. He thinks Vanessa is an animatronic, though he doesn't know that she's not an actual human – we can see that he doesn't have the best relationship with her. Gregory has no idea he's an animatronic either. He has human abilities, human functions, etc. Freddy warms up to him easily, since Freddy believes that Gregory is a friend, such as Bonnie once was. He's afraid to let Gregory go, because he knows something could happen like what happened with Bonnie, which is why in this game – he's so much nicer to the player, AKA Gregory. The other animatronics haven't been there long. Monty replaced Bonnie, Chica was always there but Roxy was sent over from – let's say – another state. When they joined, Freddy felt odd. Gregory had been kept in a box for years, like old supplies or something. Then, he got out on accident when the employee opened the box on accident. That employee quit due to being horrified thinking there was an ACTUAL little boy in the box.

  3. This game is a perfect example of why Scott Cawthon's most successful game featured the main character sitting in a chair in a single room. He's terrible at leading the player.
