Kinda sucks that the article you read is completely wrong. You can do all those endings. Just go to the fire escape door at el chips after having 60 or more gifts, and all the gold gifts (which you have). And for the vanny endings, go through the vent and discover the hideout, go back and walk towards an exit, and choose the vanny option. You can do them at anytime.
This is kind of related to this video I just wanted to make a comment because if I make it on one of your older videos from it's not most likely that you're going to check you should open the security breach Mystery Minis since those came out and I don't see a video on it.
