I got smacked by Voja, Jaws of the Conclave in a Commander game at MC Chicago, but can the prerelease promo compete in Standard? Let’s find out!

  1. 14:51 bro scooping early like he’s clocking out of a 9-5. Play it out! You’re close to dead yeah but come on dude you’re scooping against mono red while you’ve got a 4/4 life linker and 2 removal spells in hand

  2. I've started to see Voja in Brawl and it is disgusting. That ward 3 is nuts, and getting the double trigger from roaming throne is utterly backbreaking. Even in a ramp heavy environment, trying to pay 6 extra mana for removal is just not gonna work, especially after they get a buffed board from a single attack.

  3. Voldaren Epicure and Archangel of Wrath both technically work with Treacherous Greed. Not sure how good 4 mana deal 4 gain 3 draw 3 leave behind a blood token is for 2 cards lol. Or 9 mana deal 7 gain 7 draw 3 for 2 cards but those are possible scenarios.
