  2. Happy birthday Amy!!!
I’m so glad you tried the esn stuff, I almost ordered the other day and had no idea what flavours were actually gonna taste good. I saw Meg branch use the cinnamon one as a paste on oats what sounds nice so I’m glad you said the flavours okay!
Also your Vinted donations are gonna make such a difference ❤️

  3. I wonder if that amount of active wear is 'becoming' normal. I personally couldn't be an influencer because of the sheer amount of consumerism you're not only involved in, but also influencing other people to behave in the same way. They see everything you review, and then buy it – what happens to all this polyester? It goes to landfill, contributing to the destruction of the planet.
I wish there was a way to reconcile what you do as a 'career' with just how morally questionable it is. Food for thought, for sure.

  4. Hey lovely!!!
So I don't have my own personal experience – but it's experience very close to me – I think it can be really hard to be a coach and still continue to enjoy your own fitness. Work and not-work blend and it gets complicated! No wonder you've been feeling pressured. Your gym should be your YOU time as well. YOU DO YOU BOO xxx Happy birthday!!! <3
As a non-coach person, just a person person, for me consistency is just about doing what you can do consistently (sounds daft right). If something is fun, we're more likely to do it. simples!!
