The only real bright spot of Age of Extinction is the villain, besides that it kinda sucks
The reason the ending felt so off and Megatron was killed so quick was because the comic version of the movie’s ending was COMPLETELY SPOILED like detail by detail so Michael had to change it but I felt like the original was so much better

They actually planned a different ending where optimus agrees to the truce and if im not mistaken they imprison(or murder) sentinel but megatron takes the remaining decepticons and goes back to cybertron.
They actually filmed the wingsuit sequence with IMAX cameras, meaning they jumped those huge heavy cameras out of a plane to film those dudes flying.

okay if you wondering why the movie ends the way it does it's because before the movie came Out Amazon accidentally published the novelisation of the movie witch used an earlier Version of the Script. That means people were able to Look at the ending before the movie came Out. It was originally planned that Optimus and megatron fought sentinal together and put aside their differences because all megatron wanted was to rebuild cybertron. But because it was destroyed after bee Shot the pillar, megatron Had nothing left to fight for.

This is one of those movies or series where I would say it’s best to watch at your own risk you might really enjoy these movies or you might not. I don’t mind them I don’t think they’re the best movies out there But there definitely nowhere near the worst
Leonard Nimoy was what made this worth watching to me.
