Please do more movie reactions. This was great!
I'll always be a Normies fan one way or another, so it's great to see them react to something I actually find interesting, like Silence of the Lambs 🙂
I'm almost 40yo and sometimes at night before sleep i hear in my head …"Clarisssee"
I saw this with my friends back in the 90’s, y’all reacted very similarly but with the gen Z mentality, very interesting, liked it…also remember this was the pre cellphone era so… good for Clarice for surviving she was really lucky 🍀
18:34 – in real life, pathologists don't use any smell blocking paste. It's better to adjust to the smell and you will stop noticing it in a few minutes. With paste the smell starts low and grows as time passes, making work uncomfortable.
Damn why is mickey complaining so fuckin much, quit being an annoying asshole.
Well, in a world were apparently no woman ever looks at no man. This film clearly has an agenda, all man are baskets, all women are great and strong, and all men only wont their wicked way – and of course there is no misandry in this at all.
You guys HAVE to watch the Hannibal tv show. Its fantastic, Mads Mikkelsen does a fantastic job in portraying Hannibal in a different way. One of my favorite shows of all time.
Normies Im begging for you guys to react to the Hannibal TV show its so good
15:35 😂
How did they skip the movie through their entire life? It's crazy.
Regading your questions about the police and how they could be that dumb: Look at the training process of the US police and how long it takes. Back then it was probably even worse and every idiot could be a cop.
Geez, could somebody tell Simp boy that all the pandering and buzz words isn’t going to work? At least with any woman worth being with? Of course, Demme used camera techniques to denote various differences, it’s what directors do. Applying different techniques between men and women? You know why they might do that? Newsflash! Men and women are actually different. Instead of “misogyny“, which he doesn’t even seem to know the definition of, you could also look at those differences as being protective of women. It’s one of the primary distinctions that differentiates men from boys. Pretty obvious why he would have no clue about that. Enhancing Jody Foster’s vulnerability while emphasizing Lectors predatory nature Is part of what makes this a great movie for many. It heightens the stakes and increases the emotions. Part of what used to be called “good movie making“. Part of what won them both Oscars for these roles.
42:50 i felt the same way Marketa did when said that imo he's a idiot
Gold stars for Olive Oyl and Cult of Personality. 😉😂
You both have the most humorous reactions throughout.
so Tennessee is the MidWest now? @14:10-@14:14
Who's seen it? Who hasn't? Why don't you state this at the beginning?
It's signature jonathan demi to stare right at the camera period watch philadelphia and I do it as well period
First- great choice. Anthony Hopkins is awesome in everything. Love him. 👍
Next- As someone who’s spent many a day with a nose full of Vicks or occasionally deep heat when you need that extra burning distraction… I can safely say that you absolutely don’t want to just “deal with it” 😂
At the very least, you’ll never eat a dry aged steak again and it’s even odds you’ll hork up your insides then pass out in it. Reactions range from hilarious to horrifying. It’d make a morbidly popular YouTube hit.
i LOVE this movie
2:41 – "Windowless offices everywhere." Not insignificant, I think. Notice how similar Crawford's office is to Lecter's cell – windowless, stone/concrete block walls, with pictures taped to the walls, accessed by a long, winding corridor, guarded by a couple of "gate keepers"…
The film sets up several similarities between Crawford and Lecter. I think they are sort of competing father figures for Clarice. Clarice was a student of Crawford's at a class he taught and when Clarice first meets Lecter she says, "I'm a student. I'm here to learn from you." And in the final scene at Clarice's graduation Crawford quickly ducks out after the ceremony leaving Clarice alone…only for Lecter to "step in" calling her on the phone to congratulate her.
Rana catching feelings for Lector!!!❤
Barney is the only man who doesn't leer at her.
That poor girl would survive and go on to be a cardio thoracic surgeon at Seattle Grace Hospital 😊😂
25:24 A lot of people don't get that Lecter wasn't taken directly from that one scene to the airport. They said "clean him up and get him ready to go" before the airport scene. They got him off the thing, and later they put him in the thing again. He got the pen in between.
30:55 It was a temporary stay, they weren't planning on having him there for a long time.
I think Dr. Lecter said " I have few conditions of my own" to Dr. Chilton to make a chance to steal 🖊. 🤔
