I love pound cake as is, or topped with macerated strawberries & sweetened whipped cream. I hope you'll try this when strawberries are in season next spring/summer.

Enjoyed the “Not A Cooking Show” and the unboxing. Pound cake is my favorite cake. It loves fruit – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries….try your lingonberries on the pound cake. Sorry Recky, Carol is right. Always, dry mix first then add the wet ingredients. 😐

Recky, I hope you see this (Carol works too) but I have a suggestion…. when you have to oil a pan to make it non-stick, instead of using oil like you did, take a paper towel and spread butter across the surface instead. Just did the paper towel in the butter and spread it generously.
Having the pound cake with some ice cream and chocolate drizzle or strawberries and whipped cream is amazing.
I agree with the others, add a little bit of lemon flavoring and lemon zest. Congratulations on reaching your GoFund me goal.
