First time for everything

ABOUT THIS VIDEO
Today I’m building something for myself for the first time, a large office desk. And because it’s just for me, I threw in a bunch of crazy details that may or may not have been worth it.

  1. Nice desk! I really appreciate all the small design traits like the detailed attachment of both sides of the desktop. I would love to know more about how you design the furniture, like some background on you "program of requirements" 🙂

  2. Considering how much time a lot of us spends at a desk, its amazing how little attention we give it. Why not make it beautiful? This desk really strikes a great balance between aesthetics and functionality. Now cover it with paper clutter like the rest of us…

  3. I am both envious and inspired by this creation. Envious that you get to make your own desk – something so few people have access to. But inspired by the process and wondering what I can implement in my own life thats made just for me. Commenting to support your channel – really hope you meet your goals with this one Shaun.

  4. Every day I sit and hate my cables… This is a simple yet breakthrough design. Somehow black finish and white oak are meant for each other. Waiting for designs like this…I lurk around waiting for you Cam and 4 eyes to put something up…More are coming on the scene but your standards are on another level. YOU have spoilt us…
