I’ll take winning over stats everyday and twice on Sundays. There’s an intangible component in winners that belie the stats. It’s the confidence that one instills on teammates to perform to get the victory. Obviously the defense has faith in Jimmy to keep them in the game and to pull out the victory. Conversely the offense has faith in the defense to keep them in the game as well.
