That guy is their manager Rudy portreying the priest at the Queen's funeral. It is the prologue to the Queen of the Murder Scene concept album. The Lunario concert was the first time they played the entire album live. You should check out the rest of the album in order. There are four chapters of three songs each.
Keep in mind that this is in Mexico City, at 7200' (2200 meters) just to make it that much harder.
And I'm going to add to chorus for the Teatro Metropolitan concert (also in Mexico City). The quality of the recording is a lot better, and it's almost 4 years later with corresponding improvement in their skills. They're gradually trickling out songs. The concert was released as a whole to the top two Patreon tiers earlier this year and just this past week to all Patreon supporters. It's absolutely spectacular.

The Warning are best served live . Pau is the golden goose
A couple of things to understand about The Warning. #1 Paulina the drummer sings lead on about 25% of their songs. #2 Alejandra the 13 year bassist (in this video) is the human metronome and sets the pace for their songs. Paulina admits Alejandra keeps them in time. # 3 The guy was their Manager Rudy. In this song he is playing the part of a preacher telling the crowd that they can still get to heaven after their sins but that they must work for it. This is part of the storyline of not only this song but this song is the first song on a concept album telling the story a young woman's journey from interest, to love, to infatuation, to obsession, to murder, to psychotic, to remorse, to suicide. It is an Amazing album called Queen of the Murder Scene and is well work going through one song at a time in order.
