  1. I get that variety is nice and all, but gritty 3D worlds like this with ugly monsters is not the usual attraction for monster taming games…no thanks. Give me my cute monsters in a game any day. 2D, preferably.

  2. I play way more RPGs than any other genre, and I really like monster taming, but this game just doesn't have the vibe I'm going for when I want to play a monster taming game. And I don't think it's going to compete with Baldur's Gate or Cyberpunk (which are the rpgs I'm playing now).

  3. I don't know how much you know of History and Rasputin… but I'm not sure if it's okay to fully trust the fellow. Maybe he's a good guy in this game, I dunno. This game isn't usually my style. But as a History Buff… I'd keep him on a "need to know" basis.

  4. The Planned Attack seems to have the biggest damage variation so it looks as if it might benefit the most from the Perfect Efficiency upgrade. Gamble might be handy on that Quick Attack so I like that choice.

  5. I’ve been wanting to check this out but I’ve only seen a couple videos out on it from some bigger named reviewers and I wasn’t able to find some gameplay so I’m glad you put this out and hope to see you put out some more!

  6. In Greek writings, the term thaumaturge referred to several Christian saints. The word is usually translated into English as "wonderworker": a saint through whom God works miracles, not just occasionally, but as a matter of course. Famous ancient Christian thaumaturges include Gregory Thaumaturgus (c. 213–270), Saint Menas of Egypt (285–c. 309), Saint Nicholas (270–343), Anthony of Padua (1195–1231), Philomena (fl. c. 300 (?)), Ambrose of Optina (1812–1891), Gerard Majella (1726–1755) and John of Kronstadt (1829–1908). The bishop of Fiesole, Andrew Corsini of the Carmelites (1302–1373), was also called a thaumaturge during his lifetime. The seventeenth-century Irish Franciscan editor, John Colgan, called the three early Irish saints, Patrick, Brigid, and Columba, thaumaturges in his Acta Triadis Thaumaturgae (Louvain, 1647).
