Meet enemy during a siege makes you attack them before they finish sieging and it's a normal battle not a siege one.
Running out of food makes your party slower , and increase the chance of your soldiers to lose troops if defeated in combat
The three woodpiles in ceedarwood villages spawn every 7 days. The loot in the bandit camps every 15 days
You're part of the same faction as her, if you werent you'd have an option to win her over. The downside of doing so is that the faction and the lord who you took her from hates you (dislike but not hate). You can also look at your relationship in intel to see which npc's have good relations with you, hopefully they're in a different faction and you can poach them. Also the burning aura was doing 70 dmg / tick, not sure where you saw 10 dmg. Gifts are useful as well, you can increase the followers command skills as your relation improves, those skills effect you and your troops.
You can enchant mounts for additional stats, so it's worth having good ones for your companions.
You should keep gifts, because at 50 and 100 relation with your companions you can upgrade their command skill, every character has a different one and some are very good. Also you need them for the taver maiden.
Has anybody every tried the nameless class with the sentinel and berserker skills? If you haven't you should try it. It's so OP you can literally obliterate 10-20 enemies no problem
As far as I know troops don't heal in gsrrisons. But I always go for the surgeon and potions talents first so never had a problem with casualties before.
AI doesn't collect resources laying around, they're all for you.
To get wizards you need a city with wizards college build in it and every region has a different kind of wizards.

hi threat, about the ai sticking at one place its not bug its just when sultan says hes gonna go siege somewhere everyone in faction goes to rally point and than they wait for him to make up his mind
