1 Condensed carbon + 2 oxygen in refiner = 6 condensed carbon
I got a c class that asked for 200 million so the 1 billion didn't surprise me.
You can buy all the metal plate you need in station, it used to be a lot before but I think hello game nerf it (you can buy around 600 or less in materials). it was the way to go to build maga base by first mining base material so you don't miss any. mxing copper, carbon, or any material whit oxygen give you a rate 2:5. So you are making more than the original amount.

At least now we know to REALLY stock up on units before we go burning through our anomaly detectors! And I guess I’d use all the manufacturing blueprints to make Fission Ignitors and Stasis Devices to sell, I think a single of either one is worth 17,000,000 so admittedly not as valuable as 75,000,000 units, but potentially quicker, depending on if you can find the right stations selling the rawest materials you need? Just my thoughts!

My question is if you have living frigate available at quicksilver merchant from the previous expedition why won’t it let me collect it on my main save?
I'm glad they added something which you can't get 100% guaranteed each time you e.g. pulse jump.
Makes it a whole lot more surprising once it actually happens and since they are super expensive it feels like an accomplishment having them added to your fleet.
But I'd say that you shouldn't focus on gaining Units to find an S-Class organic vessel, instead I think it should suffice finding a C-class, since frigates will upgrade anyways after completing a set of expeditions.
how do you get the anomaly detector?
I’d rather get all C class and level them up since I have found the final results are often better. Every time I approach the credit limit of 16^8 – 1 I get a little depressed because I know that if I don’t have anything to buy I’m going to have to start trashing stuff. I got all 5 of my new living frigates – three Cs and two Bs in one sitting for under 2 billion so I was happy to have something to spend the money on. The game has suffered from a lack – for a lot of us that have been playing for many years – of things to spend money on. If you only run freighter mission every other day for 5 minutes, and nothing else, you will max out relatively quickly unless you have some big, expensive projects. So problem solved – for a while at least. 😉
FWIW C class are, as has already been mentioned, “only” 200 million.
