Finally Happened! SpaceX Revealed 1st Starship Payload Deployed to Orbit that Shocked Whole Industry
Successful liftoff and landing are merely the starting points in the journey of a rocket. The true measure of Starship’s long-term success lies in its ability to execute its missions effectively.
Recently, SpaceX officially announced that Starship will deploy payloads in space during its Starship Flight 7, paving the potential for billion-dollar missions in the future.
Let’s find out on today’s episode of Alpha Tech:
As we know, to maintain financial stability and launch frequency, about 60% of SpaceX’s Falcon and Falcon Heavy rocket launches are dedicated to Starlink satellites. The remaining launches carry payloads including satellites and scientific installations from various customers and organizations worldwide.

This positions Starship—the world’s largest reusable rocket, with the ambitious goal of sending humans to Mars—on a development path that addresses every aspect of its mission without concerns about funding throughout its future journey.
Clearly, Starship must first serve as a revenue generator for SpaceX before pursuing its grander ambitions. That moment has now arrived – in SpaceX’s latest update regarding the major changes for Flight 7, they announced that Starship V2 will deploy a simulated satellite in space for the first time.
This is a crucial exercise related to the primary function of the spacecraft’s cargo bay.

This mission involves deploying 10 experimental Starlink satellite models designed to accurately replicate the size, weight, and physical characteristics of the next-generation Starlink satellites. While these are not operational satellites, they have been built to test and validate Starship’s deployment systems under realistic conditions.
Using these experimental models ensures the tests are conducted safely without generating space debris, aligning with SpaceX’s commitment to responsible space operations.
The models will be placed in a low Earth orbit alongside Starship, enabling engineers to gather data on the deployment process in a complex and challenging environment. They are designed to splash down in the Indian Ocean, marking the conclusion of this phase of the mission and allowing for recovery and analysis to assess the precision and efficiency of the deployment system.

  2. Amazing structures inside the Spaceship-Falcon. I jst wondered how do our Astraunauts navigate the Spacecraft 🚀❓️In the Space

Unlike the Pilots, who handles the Airplanes ✈️ primarily using the GPS tht's the global positioning system.
Jst to quench my curiosity, to widen my understanding and knowledge.
    Thank U ✨️

  3. I met Elon Musk in Las Vegas during 2000. He asked me if I was a gambling man or if I was just there on vacation. I said I earned that trip by volume rewards from my company. He asked me what kind of work I was involved with. I told him commercial and industrial energy savings programs but I also had a background in automotive marketing business administration. He asked me if I had millions of dollars to spend what would be the most invative business ideas that could help humanity, if I didn't mind answering a few more questions? He kept picking my brain for over an hour about many topics including how to fix the grid with solar and electric vehicles. Nicola Tesla's patents that just became available to the public, these patents would be crucial in building a high performance electric vehicle that would appeal to the masses. We also talked about commercial space exploration for the consideration of colonization. In case of an asteroid strike, another world war or any global disaster, maybe all of humanities eggs shouldn't be in one basket! NASA was looking to accelerate commercial growth for space exploration. Reason being a lot of budgets were running low for the ambitious goals NASA was trying to accomplish. He said they were all good ideas and they should be done. We also talked about ways of slingshoting your businesses forward by starting other businesses that benefit your existing ones. Lowering overhead by reducing the costs of advertising, manufacturing and distribution was also necessary to reduce the chances of failure. At the time I was stuck with other commitments so I wasn't able to assist with a lot of the startup. I have been trying to reach him for over 10 years because I have many more innovative ideas to benefit those business we talked about. Thank God it was Elon that I got to have this discussion with because he put forth all of his dedication, hard work and effort into what we talked about. He spent almost all of his money, time, blood, sweat and tears to make it this far. This type of courage and determination is a very rare combination. I would like to say congratulations Elon this might not have ever happened with out you. We all owe you a huge dept of gratitude, 🙏 thank you. I would like to assist with all of these things we talked about. Please reach me at your earliest convenience. Innovative people with integrity expect to be believed otherwise they let time prove them right. Let's shoot for the moon and Marsl. Then we will live amongst the stars!

  4. I would be careful in underestimating a first principles physics thinker. If you're able to start bringing fuel to a Starship, that's already in orbit. As the Starship, that's in orbit reaches the right amount of fuel to refuel the one that is going to Mars. Then, that Starship can collect the fuel from the one that's already in orbit and give it a full tank of fuel to go to Mars.
If you also have a Tanker Starship that can go to the moon and start making fuel on the moon, a Starship can go to a lunar orbit, refuel and go to Mars. The moons gravity is less so if we manufacture or launch Starships from the moon this will use less fuel and create less costs to go further.
