I love your vlogs and found myself smiling when you where jumping around so happy with the Palm Springs house.
So you made an appearance in my dream last night. You came to Fargo, Nd to visit and we had a blast. It was 38 degrees and I'm outside with a t shirt and you were wearing two jackets. lol

I think it’s more bc airbnb reached its height and if you’re buying a house now to airbnb it… you’re too late for that now. I personally do not recommend doing that now, maybe wait for the market to go down to do that. People aren’t taking as many vacations right now so you won’t get your moneys worth.

Come on Shelb, we need people like you to be transparent about Airbnbs. We have enough people giving pie in the sky depictions of Airbnb, and they all have a course that'll tell you more. You should be a voice for the realities of it. I know there's a risk they'll run clickbaits about how you lost money on airbnb, but the fact is that it's not a get rich quick scheme and people need to know that.
Also, where dat OF docu at. I need to know how to accurately price pics of my butthole
I've always had my best travel experiences in an AirBnb. I haven't used it lately though because the cleaning fees are always so high which makes it more realistic to stay in a hotel which is nice from time to time.
P.S. if you ever do a video on Hawaii tourism, I'm a resident and would love to help!

Off topic but I just started following Dr Andrew Huberman's methods to improve sleep. I'd love to see a video with you trying his suggestions as well as practicing NSDR / Yoga Nidra practice. I just think it'd be interesting! I am still unsure if it all's help me yet, too early to tell.

I have a sea side cabin in Wa state. Have rented it out for years. Vrbo used to be a platform that you just paid a yearly fee to have on the plate form. It was great but they got bought out and all these fees showed up for nothing more than what already existed only not as good a platform. Yes a web site is a better way to advertising. And repeat customers that you take excellent care of every year.

reason that people are frowning on Airbnb so much are a couple reasons I don’t think blaming the media is the right way to go but you know you can say and do whatever you want it’s your video people are down on Airbnb‘s is because there are a ton of fees now and in a lot of major cities especially you can get way better deals on hotels then on air B&Bs and also a lot of air B&Bs are not what they used to be years ago I used exclusively use air B&Bs in it was very much a kind of you’d meet the people. I either people that actually dinner with her very nice met their family, blah blah blah not that you have to do that every case but a lot of me a visa basically ruined neighbourhoods for lack of a better word, because people just buy up as investments and let the building go to shit and you know and again I’m not saying you’re doing that I’m just saying I think that’s the reason that a lot of people are down on Airbnb’s. I don’t think it’s the media doing anything. I think there’s some legitimate issues.
Like I said, I travel a lot and I find hotels every stepped up their game and for what the price comparison is it’s not such a great deal we’re Airbnb’s work well it’s probably in your case more. We have a Lotta people so the per person cost is a lot less, but in a lot of cases, it’s really not that great of a deal. That’s really good but I gotta be honest you kinda getting on the median stuff. I don’t think the media is making us. I mean Airbnb is not what it used to be and also they don’t some pretty stupid stuff that I’ve turned a lot of people off so that’s really it.
