I have no idea why but the resident evil devs apparently really don’t want his face to be shown, and not because of anything story related it’s just because his game was first person or something.
They go out of their way to never show his face. So much so that in the 3rd person mode of village they make it so his face will turn away from wherever the camera is.

All your questions are answered in this DLC. The Rose copies have been going on for a while but aren't working out to Miranda's satisfaction, so she had to lure the real Rose into the megamycete.

what ive never understood is, miranda wants to revive her daughter, but eva died… as an infant. she's more of an idea than an individual, and how would she fit into a teen? it just doesnt make sense. as a villain it works because miranda is clearly beyond reason, but logically i think shes dumb. i also wish rose could use her cool powers more, esp the dodge, but i enjoyed the dlc! thanks for showing it off!
I think the dude in the end was Ethan…. saw it in a video. I don’t think it’s suppose to be Ethan but they used his model. According to the video.
Ahh, my ps3 era graphics, glad to have them back. The village/castle/dollhouse were too good looking
