Why would you be excited for KH4 without knowing what team is behind the gameplay? Rebirth is clearly being handled by god tier team meanwhile KH"3" was Osaka all over.

KH4 is the ONLY game I'm looking forward to.
I never actually played the OG 7 outside of Midgar, so whatever comes out of Rebirth, including characters and locations, will be entirely new to me. After playing the demo I can tell you, and anyone that hasn’t touched it yet, it’s so good. My only thing that idk is maybe a con or not, but the fights feel a bit hectic at specific moments. Given even the minor enemies feel a bit more interactive and less controlled which is nice. I hope there isn’t a feeling of being too overpowered.
If this is this good, imagine how part 3 will look and feel

Not going to lie, a game hasn't got me this excited since Elden Ring. I haven't been this excited for a Final Fantasy game since 10. For the last few years, SE have been going through a bit of a redemption arc. If KH4 can take some things from this to make it a better game, then all the better.
Yeah i'm excited with KH4's evolution and. With the way, they've upped the stuff from Remake to Rebirth, I'm excited as hell. Thursday can't come quick enough.
I love FF15 but even the demo alone tells me the refinement is on a whole other level. My body is ready.
What's your party set up? Who do you use the most? I think my main is gonna be Cloud, Tifa and Aerith and I'll rotate out Yuffie, Barrett, Red and Cait Sith throughout most likely. I did really enjoy Red's gameplay in the demo. Combat is definitely ramped up – I struggled a bit with Junon's demo.

I've been finally playing Ghost of Tsushima (love my samurai/shinobi games) and I'm extremely impressed with exactly how insane this game looks. It's absolutely gorgeous and has been a blast so far. This has been one of the most packed years in gaming for me personally, with FF7R, Dragon's Dogma 2 even though I still need to play the 1st, Rise of the Ronin, Elden Ring DLC and more. Hell at this point I hope we don't get a KH4 release until next year. 😅
With final fantasy 16 released recently, and ff7 rebirth releasing in just some days, here's to hoping the main focus will be the kingdom hearts series

Yes speaking of KH 4, I'm hoping and maybe expecting it to be the KH2 to KH3, you know what I mean? I hope it's the most consistent KH game with as good if not better combat than KH2, good story like KH1&2, and all the bells and whistles from KH3, which is the newer engine, graphics and that NEW feel. Also I NEED them to bring back Reaction Commands, they're so much better and more fun than Situation commands and best part is that I think they can work in tandem with Situation Commands more or less. I know they're prolly not gonna do it, but if they do this OMG! 10/10 KH Game!!
My issue with Remake was the whole "we gotta move a train to hop this train track" and then it shows a cutscene where Cloud and Tifa have the jumping power to cross these trivial obstacles that take an extra 30 minutes to an hour to get around. I stopped at Chapter 12 and have not gone back to play it.
I know my reasoning is trivial. Other games do this as well. But it was too on the nose with Remake. We KNOW Cloud and the others can jump that gap and move on, but for the sake of making the game longer, they said "nah, we want y'all to walk around, crawl, fight, and do everything else BUT jump the gap."
This games has me excited for Kingdom Hearts 4 too. It also has me excited for the Final Fantasy IX Remake and Verum Rex game as well. Imagine Final Fantasy IX Remake being a bigger version of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth but with airship travel and gameplay that might be like Assassin's Creed Black Flag but in the skies.
7 Remake was one of the best game experiences I've ever had. I honestly can't even begin to process all that there is to see in Rebirth…
I have a hard time seeing how KH3 can compare to KH2 in either gameplay or story, but to each their own
From the day I finished 3 I've held firm it is the second best game in the series with 2 edging it out by just a bit. I did not expect gods gift to gaming with it just for Osaka Team to improve on some of their bad habits for gameplay and of course for the story to feel satysfiyng for the end of a saga. And I thought both were handled great, like you I also believe they'll be able to really push themselves in 4 and that thought has me excited the most. Alot of them worked on 7 rebirth ontop of that so that should help inspire them too.

If KH4 keeps the gameplay from 3 exactly the same after the update but adds more crowd control options for base Sora and support summons like in KH2, it would easily become the best Kingdom Hearts game. I really hope they stick the landing
I just want a good freaking story for both the final fantasy series and the kingdom hearts series square enix reallly needs to step up their game with that so far with both of those two franchises I was so unimpressed with how the storylines have been handled
Didn't he make a video not that long ago of him saying he wants to talk about other things other then KH? Even if the video has NOTHING to do with KH, he somehow squeezes in KH in basicly all his videos. I don't mind it honestly though. I just think it's kinda funny how obsessed he is with KH, that it's permanently living in his head 1000% of the time, rent free. I challenge you to last an entire month making videos, without even mentioning KH once. And I'll give you a 3 strike system. And if you fail that, you have to do the Hot Ones challenge, while playing the worst game you've ever played, and make a video on it. Lol you don't honestly have to do it. I just think it's funny.
