A wild scene took place in Hanover Sunday after a fight outside a bar led to a hit-and-run. “He just said, ‘I could have died,'” said Dina Jackson. Her son came to that realization after days in the hospital. Her son, Zachary Jackson, was out with friends early Sunday morning when he walked out of the 7-11 on Old Telegraph Road.
