  1. Well some fun facts from todays local paper say more than a million BC residents do not have a family doctor and Victoria BC has the second highest wait times for walk in clinics in Canada 137 minutes on average in North Vancouver they wait the longest 160 minutes. Ontario they wait 25 minutes on average so when I hear people attacking Ford with Singh nodding along in the background it's infuriating. Shouldn't the worst case provinces get the priority of attention and funding? BC has been suffering much longer than Ontario has and they are now a cautionary tale for other Provinces. It's almost laughable to hear people complain about Ontario compared to Singhs non action here.

  2. He said he would keep what is in the healthcare right now. Government gets bigger every year. 1.5 billion to CBC every year. So much money is wasted. But Trudeau does not bring in money he only send our money out. Pierre has stated many times his plan to bring more money into Canada but you government funded media never talk about it. His policies will bring in more business to Canada. Cut the red tape decreases supply and demand.

  3. So where is all this funding coming from? Thin air?, Increased taxes? Reduction of spending in other areas, if so which ones? At the end of the day, Prov or Fed, it comes out of the tax payers pocket.

  4. In Alberta, The UCP and Premier Pocahontas built several rural hospitals that sit empty because they never hired staff to operate them and probably never well!!! Meanwhile, residents in rural areas wait on massive wait lists to see the surgeons and specialists in the Big City because Premier Pocahontas failed to open operating rooms and to actually hire the staff necessary because they spent all them billions on empty rural white elephant hospitals!!! Why do they continue to brag about building empty hospitals??? And why the hell is she spending billions reviewing the fact they never hired enough specialists, surgeons and opened enough operating rooms??? And they wonder why the NDP is winning in conservative Alberta!!!

  5. Been voting for near 30yrs and health care has always been at the top of the voting issues . 2023 and we are still thinking shoveling more money will fix it.Just maybe it might just be the way we structured it…Take a look at what we already spend and what we get in return. We rank horribly against other nations with socialized health care.

  6. Poilievre ,the hypocrite , claims to care about health care when he voted against dental care for kids under 12 while he himself has full dental care paid by us. Good news is we know he is a hypocrite.

  7. Canadians realize all world countries with a national health care system are having issues with their health care systems. I do think what Premier Doug Ford did to pay private clinics to get Ontario residents more speedy care made a lot of sense. Many were suffering too long to get needed operations. It is not just about money. It is also about better organization and practices being adopted by the Health Care system.

  8. That's funny coming from a man who wants Ottawa to quit spending money. Of course he wants more, again, from Ottawa. It'll give Cons him more to cut back on if he's ever PM. Everyone knows Cons are famous for cutting back on health care, or FORCING people to go back to work (nurses) and refusing them their right to fair bargaining. Even funnier is how he says he'll FORCE cities like Toronto and Vancouver to provide more housing, even though that doesn't come under federal jurisdiction. Why doesn't he FORCE Alberta to provide that housing too. Maybe then they'll quit sending their homeless to Vancouver – via air conditioned buses.

  9. Worst government ever. Worst leader ever. Fact. In my 45 years I have never seen the uprising against a Canadian leader like we are seeing today. He must be doing something wrong. Your blind if you don’t see it.

  10. CBC slant (nothing to do with defunding…) Poilievre was pretty clear as to where the injection would come from! Why not ask Justin T. (CBC) where the money for his health plan will come from , since he seems to have tapped the country dry!

Mr. Poilevre: The WHO says that chickens that are killed because they "might" have Bird Flu, are safe to eat if cooked. Do the food banks get the chickens that are culled by the 100,000s, or are they dumped into landfills, like the 100,000's liters of milk dumped because the farmers are over quota? Millions of Canadians want to hear you address this issue. Most of us cannot afford either milk or chicken. And what about eggs ??

  13. The overpaid CBC President has launched a full partisan campaign against Pierre.

Canadians cannot trust anything her CBC says about Pierre, because it is motivated by her partisan campaign against Conservatives.
