The whole market is fighting the Fed right now. I think that the market needs to have a little bit of a reality check I don’t think most investors are experienced enough to deal with a recession because if they did, There would be some discipline in their buying, but instead, they are buying stocks that have high multiples
0.4% monthly wage growth is 4.8% annualized. Unemployment rate back down to 3.5%, which matches the 54 year low. Absolutely core inflation is not going down.
Does this mean I can get a job at Microsoft, Google, Meta, or Apple?
Rates wont stay higher for longer. Did you see US government budget deficit and upcoming interest payments? They cant keep this ship floating at 5% to 6% interest rates. It doesnt matter whether there is still inflation or if there is no recession next year.
