You missed a hidden area before the destruction of the moon that can give you some more resources. You needed to build a probe launcher before the jump.
There's also another docking bay, the one that you started with, just in case you forgot. Also, the science lab can generate passive science points; although it's pretty slow initially, you would need to research upgrades for it.
I appreciate your editing, I've tried watching other YouTuber walkthroughs of this game but they were long and boring however your vids have been engaging.

This title I can say is a true masterpiece. In my opinion, the Vhole system crash was no accident. And in all probability there are two hypotheses. A parallel universe, or a different timeline. In any case, the challenges are not few and from what I can see it also has profound psychological impacts on the colonists. I look forward to the next episodes.
