21:40 Going to admit, I yelled when you build the Water Pump on the Water tile with seven Fertile Soil surrounding it, which was also distant from your colony, rather than building it on the second Water tile next to the one that was irrigating your Greenhouses. Because that tile was only hydrating a single tile that wasn't being watered by the water tile next to it. A tile you weren't using.
That just seems like a much better long term investment as it allows you to get at least six more greenhouses in the future than otherwise. And a total of +9 versus +3 if you terraform the tiles that aren't fertile soil so they become that.
